Job Description
You will play a key role in providing solutions for clients and deploying projects.
- Pre-sales Consulting (up to 15%)
- Co-ordinate with Business Development Consultants to analyze customers’ requirements, work out proposed solution as well as set up specific demonstrations to customers for proposed solutions
- Co-ordinate with Marketing and Business Development teams to deliver seminars
- Solution Implementation (65+% )
- Implement solutions
- Run solutions workshops with clients and design the system
- Configure application software, train end users
- Installation Application Software (only by technically qualified consultants)
- Post-sale Support (up to 20%)
- Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, problem resolution (either on site or remote support within guaranteed response time)
- Providing training service to customers and Post-sale support, preparing guidelines and policies for software installation, application security, data protection
- Customer communication: feedback reporting and escalation and notification to appropriate work groups, keep reporting flow accordingly

- 75% of working time is out of the office on projects at customer sites in Vientam and overseas

Required qualification & experiences:
- IT, Finance or Business related degree or Accounting qualification
- Knowledge and Experience of any Accounting/ ERP Solutions (e.g. SunSystems, Oracle, SAP Business One, Navision, Solomon, ACCPAC, Syteline, Movex, Glovia, BPCS)
Required skills
- Good learning ability and desire to be developed in a consulting environment
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to diagnose problems quickly and recommend solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Customer orientated and teamwork spirit
- Able to work independently as required
